Because we are so grateful to you, we also want to pamper you a little more. Therefore, starting from 2023, we are launching our loyalty program called VIP. With the P of Person, of Polderwind, and also of our new mascot Polly (shh… Polly was just born and will only leave the nest in 2024).
WHAT ARE YOUR BENEFITS AS A VIP
- You enjoy a great 10% discount on all your stays throughout the year. Yes, even during school holidays and on public holidays! This applies to all available rooms and all available room types.
- We treat you to a complimentary welcome drink (for adults and children, with or without alcohol, of course).
- We offer you a free upgrade to a room with a lakeside view, subject to availability on the day of arrival.
COOL! AND HOW DO YOU BECOME A VIP?
Becoming a VIP at Domein Polderwind is a breeze! Ask for a free savings card at the reception during your next stay. If you accumulate 7 nights or more in one year, we will provide you with a VIP card with a personalized discount code for the following year!
If you’ve completely caught the VIP bug, you can certainly continue to accumulate nights each year to score a new VIP card each time.

THE (BIG) FINE PRINT
- Please note, only stays booked directly through Domein Polderwind (email, phone, or website www.domeinpolderwind.be) count towards your savings card. Present your card at the reception during each check-out to accumulate your nights. Our lovely receptionists will fill in your card for you.
- Each loyalty card has a specified year. So, you accumulate your stays during a single calendar year. Considering our annual leave, this is from February 1st to December 14th of the same year.
- Is your savings card full? Great! Hand it over to the reception or send it by email to sales@domeinpolderwind.be before December 15th. Don't forget to provide or double-check your home address!
- One full savings card per family entitles you to one VIP card for the following calendar year. We will send your personalized VIP card by mail to your home address and by email, no later than January 31st.
- Your personal VIP discount card entitles you to a year-round 10% discount on all available stays, all available rooms. On the day of arrival, we are also pleased to offer you a free upgrade to a room with a sea view (subject to availability). "First booked, first served" is the rule here. If there are not enough sea view rooms compared to the number of VIP arrivals that day, we will give the upgrades to the VIPs who reserved first. So, not based on arrival time!
- You can enjoy your offered welcome drink in our bar whenever you like. We will give you a voucher upon arrival so you can choose when to use it. This voucher entitles you to a house cocktail or a house mocktail. The mocktail is based on fruit juice and is also a hit with kids!
- With your personal VIP card, you can only reserve with a discount under your first and last name. This is also important for accumulating nights again to get a new VIP card, as it is also in your name.
- Want to share the benefits with friends and/or family? You can! You can book online with your personal discount code and select the 'I am booking for someone else' option on the website. This way, your friends or family members can enjoy your benefits and accumulate nights in your name for extra stays. Don't forget to give them your savings card!
