Please consult here all our general terms and conditions. Note that by proceeding with your reservation, you declare that you accept those terms and conditions. Do you have any question or do you wish some explanations? Please contact us: +32 50/23 07 50.
The mentioned rates on our own website are the best rates you will find, always all taxes included. There are no extra taxes or fees, except if they are explicitely mentioned when making your reservation.
We ask you to pay the first night as advance. If you stay for more than one night or if you booked some extra services, you can pay the balance at the hotel, with the same credit card or by the payment method of your choice.
You can always manage your reservation at any time or add some extra services.
Arrival & departure
Check-in: from 15.00 on day of arrival
Check-out: before 11.00 on day of departure
Free private parking at the hotel, no reservation needed.
By booking a room on our website, you guarantee your booking by credit card. An advance (value of 1st night) will be paid by this same card. An eventual balance can be paid at the hotel with the payment method of your choosing.
The data of your credit card is processed completely securely, only within the framework of this very specific reservation and completely deleted after departure. In case a cancellation fee needs to be paid, that fee will be charged on your credit card.
You can cancel your reservation for free until 4 days before arrival.
If you cancel between 2 and 4 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.
If you cancel within 2 days before arrival or if you do not show up without letting us know, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged.
- If you are one of the persons traveling with you get very sick which makes the travel impossible (medical/hospital certificate).
- If you are one of the persons traveling with you test positif to COVID-19 and need to stay in quarantaine (certificate) OR in case the government takes some security measures which make the stay impossible.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel, except assistance/guide dogs for blinds.
Pets are allowed on our domain and at the outside terrace.
Kids are absolutely welcome at our hotel. Children up to 3 years old stay for free in the room of their parents. If you take your own baby cot with you, you do not have to pay anything for your baby. If you prefer to have a baby cot installed in your room, we can provide you one with a nice and fluffy fleece blanket for only € 10 per night.
Between 3 and 10 years old, children count in the price. For them, an extra bed will be installed in the parental room. Our easy rates: single, double, triple or family room aways show you the exact price in function of the number of adults and children staying in the room.
If you travel with a group of more than 10 persons, you can enjoy of interesting group rates. It is not possible to book online at those group rates.

We love our hotel and take the best care of it. If we would find any damage in the room you occupied, a fee will be charged for repair.
Our entire hotel is smoke-free. If you smoke, you can of course use are smoking area on the domain if you want. If you still would smoke in your room, a fee of € 150 will be charged for cleaning and for the inconvienance caused because we will not be able to rent your room after you during 48 hours.
Hotel Domein Polderwind cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to your personal goods, made by other hotel customers or third parties during your stay. Each room has a personal safe in the closet that can be used for free during your stay.
Did you loose or forget something at the hotel? Please let us know! We safely keep all lost items during 6 months after we found them, except perishable goods.
Act of god/force majeure
Hotel Domein Polderwind cannot be held responsible for not assuring her services, completely or partially, when they are due to an Act of God/Force majeure.
